Succession, sibling labour, and Main Street—not a private-bank wealth product and not an MBA clone.
Online or on campus

Family enterprise in the Midwest is the job shop whose quality manager is also a cousin, the dairy that is a co-op member, the dealer group that still meets at Christmas. This degree starts with labour, conflict, and continuity—not with a Swiss family-office elective. You will design meeting rights, read a simple cap table as a manager (not as unlicensed securities advice), and treat non-family professionals as a retention problem. Dual-pathway applicants state primary mode. English-medium waiver includes U.S. regionally accredited bachelor's. HLC and DEAC remain institutional; this MSc is not an MBA substitute in the catalogue even when the fallback image is an MBA visual. Campus family-firm roundtables, if held, produce the same written continuity artefact online students submit. You will map sibling labour, non-family professionals, and winter payroll as the Midwest problem, not a private-bank family office. Faculty will fail capstones that practise law, impersonate a CPA, or display bank logos. Succession conversations are facilitated as management process, not as therapy or estate practice. Main Street shops, plants, and farms are the case set. Catalogue level remains MSC. The award is academic. It is not legal practice, not financial-planning licensure, not a promise that the firm will survive. Public copy must keep those fences.
Thirty-six credits: family-firm institutions, Midwest operations, money-and-conflict literacy (non-licence), and a continuity capstone. Three-credit courses. Identity-checked assessment.
